#memphisshared 11/08/2013 – 01/12/2014 Brooks Education Gallery
An exhibition held in conjunction with Shared Vision: The Sondra Gilman and Celso Gonzalas-Falla Collection of Photography that will feature a collection of Instagram photographs shared by the Memphis community. Today, advanced technology and photo-sharing apps have blurred the line between professional and amateur photographers. This exciting exhibition features the creative photography as shared by the Memphis community through Instagram. Held in conjunction with Shared Vision, an exhibition of photographs by leading photographers that represent the rich and diverse nature of the past one hundred years of photography, #MemphisShared was organized to involve the local community in adding a contemporary chapter that represents mobile photography.
